The scene opens with Dadi expressing confusion over a statement. Armaan adamantly declares his refusal to heed anyone’s advice, insisting on arranging for someone other than Abhira’s boss to handle the task. Abhira counters his decision, leading to a tense exchange.
Meanwhile, Vidya urges Krish to start the music, directing Armaan and Ruhi to take the stage. Sanjay notices phones left charging and promptly switches them off, interrupting Kajal’s attempt to call.
He intercepts Krish, requesting his phone for an urgent call, assuring to return it shortly. Disconnected from Kajal’s call, Ruhi and Armaan perform a dance routine to the tune of “Baaton hi baton mein…”, while Abhira watches, emotionally affected. Manisha defends Armaan, blaming the misunderstanding on him.
Vidya chastises Abhira, demanding her departure, while Manisha urges Abhira to reason with Armaan. Refusing to engage further, Abhira collects her belongings, prompting Armaan to approach the stage’s edge, where he slips. Abhira catches him, attracting Ruhi’s ire. A verbal confrontation ensues between Abhira and Ruhi, witnessed by the attendees, culminating in Abhira’s bitter farewell.
Elsewhere, Dadi instructs Krish to bring his siblings onstage. Kajal, frustrated by unanswered calls, expresses a desire to leave. In a hushed tone, Madhav murmurs about halting the marriage, prompting Kajal’s alarmed reaction. She urgently summons a doctor to assess Madhav’s condition, reassured by the prognosis of improvement. Desperate to thwart Armaan and Ruhi’s union, Kajal implores Madhav to intervene upon regaining consciousness.
Meanwhile, Abhira embarks on her journey but falls from her scooty, overwhelmed by despair over her inability to act and save the resort. However, her despair is interrupted by an unexpected audio message from Kipling, announcing the acquisition of funds to repair the resort, thus fulfilling Akshara’s wish.
Confounded by the source of the 50,000 rupees, Abhira’s thoughts are interrupted by Armaan’s arrival. Back at the event, Krish and the others captivate the audience with their performance of “Seene ve vich…”, garnering applause.
Abhira firmly grasps Armaan’s collar, demanding answers. “If you’ve provided the money, why terminate my employment? Who disclosed the details about the resort, and why extend your assistance?” Armaan responds, confessing, “Seeing you distressed and tormented pains me, hence the dismissal.”
He raises his voice, admitting, “Your suffering causes me anguish.” Bewildered, she questions, “Why?” The melody of “Rehne kyu pehle jaise…” fills the air. “Because I’m indebted by your kindness. You took a significant step to salvage my parents’ marriage, did so much for my family. I apologize,” he expresses. “Just stop,” she interjects, rejecting his apologies. “I’ll repay your money; don’t confuse charity with affection.”
Departing, she reflects, “I need not witness their reconciliation anymore. Why am I shedding tears? I’ll break free from that household.” Her mind wanders to moments shared with Armaan, tears of joy streaming down her face as “Falaq se…” echoes.
At the cliff, she witnesses Armaan embracing Ruhi, her heart aching. Ruhi apologizes for the spectacle, anticipating Abhira’s arrival, then invites them to a beautifully arranged table, proposing to make their evening special.
Announcing their impending marriage, she seeks his affection, but Armaan’s gaze lingers on Abhira’s name etched on the bench. As Abhira walks away, Ruhi’s tears flow freely. Armaan, unable to reciprocate Ruhi’s feelings, seeks solace in alcohol.
