The woman reveals the certificate’s creator wishes to remain anonymous but insists Armaan Poddar present it. Sanjay, spotting Armaan, exits the stage and video-calls his grandmother (Dadi) to show Armaan. Armaan apologizes to Abhira, acknowledges her hard work, and admits his wrongdoing, causing a stir among the students.
Amidst the family drama, Dadi and others watch as Sanjay smiles. Armaan’s attempt to reconcile with Abhira backfires when she confronts him publicly, upset over his interference. Meanwhile, Madhav arrives and arrests Armaan. Vidya urges Sanjay to bail Armaan out, but Dadi refuses, determined that Armaan must face consequences for his actions. Vidya blames Abhira for their family’s turmoil, leading to a heated exchange.
Armaan vents to Madhav about feeling hurt by Dadi and Vidya’s lack of understanding, insisting his feelings for Abhira are genuine. Madhav, torn by the situation, receives a call from Kajal, who questions why he hasn’t revealed the truth about Armaan and Abhira’s relationship to the family. Madhav insists that Abhira should not leave. She passionately declares her love for Armaan and vows to secure his release, arguing that he is innocent. Armaan offers to transfer money, prompting Madhav to question how he plans to do so without a phone.
Abhira persists, maintaining that an innocent man cannot be jailed. Madhav eventually orders her to leave, and she complies. Meanwhile, Ruhi packs her bags while Vidya approaches and apologizes. Ruhi reveals her heartbreak over Armaan leaving her for someone else. Vidya empathizes, expressing regret despite Ruhi’s reassurance that it wasn’t her fault.
Manish arranges for two cars as Ruhi packs up, planning to leave for work. Charu arrives, but Ruhi insists he should leave. Refusing, Charu reveals Armaan’s arrest, leaving Ruhi stunned. Charu pleads for her help to free Armaan, prompting Ruhi to rush away. Meanwhile, Abhira prays earnestly at home.
