The episode begins with Ruhi urging Armaan to eat. Abhira angrily takes him aside and says Vidya has sent lunch for him, so he should have it now. Armaan comments that Ruhi feels bad for not being able to pay the fees. Abhira responds, saying Ruhi is trying to help by providing food and explains that Ruhi, being from a good family, got into an accident after taking the car in anger.
They have a conversation. Armaan asks Abhira what she likes about him—his eyes, his smile, or his talks. They share the meal while “Alag tujhse asar kuch hai…” plays in the background. Armaan feeds Abhira. Meanwhile, Ruhi sits crying. Suwarna advises Ruhi to stay away from Armaan, warning that her heart will break again.
Vidya prays for Abhira, Ruhi, and Armaan. Dadi enters and remarks that Vidya is putting the Lord in a dilemma, as only one can win—either Abhira or Armaan-Ruhi. Vidya insists that, as a mother, she loves all her children equally.
Dadi insults Abhira. Manisha defends Abhira, noting that she saved Vidya from jail and is a capable lawyer. Dadi leaves. Manisha tells Vidya to pray for Abhira and Armaan’s unity.
In court, the judge asks Abhira to present her evidence. She requests five minutes and shows the accident footage, revealing Ruhi hitting Rajesh. Armaan argues that his client is innocent because the streets were dark. Abhira counters by stating Ruhi drove a faulty car, demonstrating carelessness, and suggests checking the car. The judge decides to issue a verdict the next day after inspecting the car.
Ruhi fears she will be jailed for six months. Manish doubts Armaan’s ability to win the case and considers hiring another lawyer. Armaan congratulates Abhira, predicting her victory in her first case. Abhira points out that Armaan is only focusing on Ruhi, not Rajesh, and acknowledges his legal skills. Armaan feels betrayed, accusing Abhira of using his advice to ruin Ruhi’s life. He hands her a picture of Akshara and leaves.
Abhira returns home, troubled by her actions in the case. Dadi offers her a toffee, sarcastically celebrating Abhira’s so-called victory and criticizing her for breaking Armaan’s trust. Sushant demands Manish give him the house, threatening them with Ruhi’s potential arrest.
Armaan intervenes, giving Sushant a notice and sending him away. He apologizes for sharing case details with Abhira and asks for another chance to prevent Ruhi’s imprisonment. Manish reluctantly agrees, warning Armaan this is his last chance.
Ruhi, distressed, gets a panic attack. Armaan calms her and decides to take her to a therapist, despite her fears of worrying Manish. Abhira tries calling Armaan, assuming he’s busy with Ruhi. Ruhi confesses her struggles with moving on and clings to false hope about their relationship. Armaan firmly tells her to let go and respect his personal life. He arranges for her driver and leaves.
Armaan returns home to an upset Abhira. She tries to talk, but he expresses his disappointment, feeling she betrayed his trust and comparing her actions in court to those of Sanjay, her previous adversary.
