The episode begins with Dadi scolding Sanjay. “You didn’t tell me about Madhav’s accident,” she snaps. “Your one lie could have ruined my life, family, and business. Now you want a chance? No, I can’t forgive you. I made a big mistake by trusting you and giving you respect, and you made a fool of me.” She leaves in anger.
Vidya tries to console Dadi, saying, “Everything will get fine.” But Dadi, disillusioned, replies, “I was living in an illusion,” and hands the keys to Vidya.
Armaan tells Abhira, “I told you, Dadisa doesn’t love me.” Dadi curses Abhira and drives off, leaving Abhira running after her, crying. Madhav instructs Manoj to follow Dadi. Manoj and Krish leave, while Abhira and Armaan are left in tears.
Dadi recalls everything, feeling immense sorrow. “My entire family left me, Abhira snatched my family, I lost everything,” she murmurs, crying. Sanjay blames Abhira and Armaan for the situation, but Vidya tells him to be quiet.
Suddenly, Dadi suffers a heart attack, losing control and crashing her car into a tree. Ruhi arrives and rushes to her aid, asking, “Dadisa, are you fine?” She instructs the driver to hurry and takes Dadi to the hospital.
Abhira, noticing something is wrong, urges Armaan to come along, saying, “You are hurt, but Dadisa is also hurt, we have to bring her back.” She answers Ruhi’s call, who informs her, “Dadisa met with an accident, I’m taking her to the hospital, come fast.”
Ruhi prays for Dadi’s recovery. Abhira, Armaan, and the rest of the family arrive at the hospital. Seeing Dadi, Abhira asks Ruhi what happened. Ruhi explains, “Dadi got a heart attack while driving. I was passing by the same road.”
The doctor arrives, calming everyone by saying, “She had a mild heart attack but is fine now, thanks to Ruhi for getting her here on time.” Madhav and the others express their gratitude to Ruhi. Kajal tearfully thanks Ruhi, saying, “You did a bahu’s duty today,” before scolding Armaan. Manisha tries to intervene, but Kajal continues, blaming Armaan for Dadi’s condition, claiming that his bringing Abhira home forced Dadi to leave.
A heated argument ensues among the family members, with Ruhi accusing Abhira of being responsible for Dadi’s heart attack. “You are selfish, Armaan is also sad, but you are happy. Your love will break this family,” she says, leaving Abhira in tears.
Abhira and Armaan leave sadly, seeking solace under a curtain, comforting each other. Later, everyone visits Dadi. Vidya pleads with her to come home, but Dadi refuses, declaring, “I won’t come where Abhira is.”
Madhav argues, “You have no reason to hate Abhira,” but Dadi is resolute, saying, “Either Abhira or I will live in that house.”
Armaan, feeling defeated, goes to drink hot coffee, but Abhira stops him. He laments, “Our happiness is burning. Dadi will never accept our relationship.” Determined, he adds, “We will marry,” but Abhira, recalling Dadi’s harsh words, says, “No, this marriage can’t happen.”
Armaan, shocked, asks, “What do you mean?” leaving their future uncertain.
