The episode begins with Ruhi asking Armaan to take a look at something. Curious, he asks what it is. Meanwhile, Vidya gets ready and walks in, eliciting smiles from everyone present. Ruhi teases Armaan, saying he must be ecstatic, to which he responds affirmatively, mentioning that Abhira will be amazed to see Vidya like this.
Vidya notices the interaction between Armaan and Ruhi, smiling warmly. Ruhi then gathers Armaan’s phone, keys, handkerchief, and wallet, handing them to him. Grateful, Armaan thanks Ruhi and leaves. Alone, Ruhi thinks to herself that she has found a solution and resolves to tell her mother about their relationship.
Meanwhile, Abhira is at the temple, fervently praying to Matarani for success in her education and career. Vidya and Ruhi arrive at the temple, with Vidya noticing Ruhi’s apparent concern. Ruhi confides in Vidya, revealing that before Rohit and her marriage, she and Armaan were in love. She explains that Armaan sacrificed their love for Rohit’s happiness.
Shocked, Vidya drops the aarti plate, causing a commotion. Abhira, who overhears their conversation, hurriedly leaves. Despite Vidya’s initial shock, Ruhi insists that Armaan loves them deeply and would never hurt Rohit.
She clarifies that while they lived under the same roof, they maintained their friendship and respected boundaries. Ruhi shares her current predicament, stating that Manish and Dadisa want her to remarry, but she is adamant about not leaving the house, Armaan, and her mother. Overwhelmed, Vidya asks Ruhi to clarify her intentions. Tearfully, Ruhi confesses that she wants to marry Armaan, leaving Vidya stunned.
Meanwhile, Abhira frantically searches for her exam admit card. Sanjay, on a call, is shocked to learn that Manish transferred money to Krish, who is now seeking help from outsiders. Upset, Sanjay berates Kajal, but she reassures him that they will return the money to Manish.
Determined to teach Manish a lesson, Sanjay plans his next move. Armaan calls Kajal, who informs him of a major problem. Armaan assures her that he will handle it and asks her to focus on their parents’ puja. Observing Ruhi, Vidya is called by the pandit to perform the aarti with Madhav. Meanwhile, Sanjay arrives at the Goenka house, loudly calling out for Manish Goenka.
He kicks a flower vase angrily and shouts. Manish arrives and watches. Abhira mentions needing to return to retrieve the card. Ruhi arrives and hands her the card, saying she found it fallen inside. Abhira encourages Ruhi to share what’s on her mind, assuring her not to hide anything. Ruhi starts to explain but then dismisses it as nothing special. They exchange well wishes and Ruhi leaves.
Meanwhile, Vidya overhears Kajal informing Manoj and Manisha about Armaan taking on Sanjay. Manisha regrets not being informed earlier, suggesting they should have considered Armaan’s perspective. Sanjay and Manish argue. Manish defends his support for Krish, emphasizing his talent and need for encouragement. Sanjay becomes furious.
Armaan intervenes, chastising Sanjay for his behavior and insisting that he leave. Sanjay retorts, prompting Armaan to defend Krish’s aspirations, urging Sanjay to support his son’s dreams. Manish reveals that Krish asked for his help willingly, showing his commitment to return the money. Armaan demands Sanjay apologize to Manish, but Sanjay insists on an apology from Manish instead.
Manish, however, forgives Sanjay, asserting his stance when he believes he’s right. As Sanjay departs, Armaan apologizes to Manish, who then criticizes him for mistreating Abhira and Ruhi, highlighting Armaan’s lack of understanding of his actions. Abhira expresses her faith in a chunri, hoping it will bring luck in her exams. Ruhi silently pleads for her mother’s understanding. Abhira prays for Armaan’s well-being.
As they listen in, Dadi and Vidya discuss the idea of marrying Ruhi to Armaan after his separation from Abhira. Abhira is stunned, while Ruhi tearfully rejoices. Vidya explains that she believes marrying Ruhi to Armaan could rectify his mistake of marrying Abhira, suggesting that since both Armaan and Ruhi are alone, getting them together would be beneficial. Dadi leaves before Vidya finishes her thought.
