The episode begins with Abhira falling, her coat slipping off her shoulder, leaving everyone in shock. Armaan swiftly covers her with his coat again. Dadi scolds Abhira, but Armaan intervenes, insisting that Dadi shouldn’t reprimand her.
Holding Abhira’s hand, he escorts her inside. Sanjay mocks her, prompting Armaan to grab Sanjay by the collar, causing concern among the onlookers. Dadi yells at Armaan to stop, but he retorts, expressing his disdain for Sanjay’s actions towards Abhira and questioning if Sanjay is pleased with himself. Sanjay denies any wrongdoing, but Armaan insists he always seeks and fights for the truth.
Dadi tries to calm the situation, calling it a sin to continue, but Armaan counters, stating that Sanjay committed the sin by forcibly sending Abhira to entertain the party as a dancer. This revelation shocks Manish and the others. Sanjay tries to defend himself, but Krish supports Armaan’s claim, having overheard a conversation between his father and Abhira’s boss. Sanjay dismisses Krish’s accusations, but Abhira confirms, accusing Sanjay of sabotaging her job interviews, leaving her penniless.
Armaan demands to know why Sanjay did this, to which Sanjay confesses his hatred for Abhira, accusing her of ruining his family and provoking his children to disrespect him. Armaan rebukes Sanjay, asserting that his children were merely afraid of him.
Armaan then demands Sanjay apologize to Abhira, but Sanjay refuses vehemently, declaring he’d rather die than bow down to her. He argues with Manoj and Armaan, vowing not to attend Armaan and Ruhi’s wedding unless Armaan and Abhira apologize to him. He storms out, leaving Kajal worried.
Manish, concerned, offers to take Abhira home. Despite her protests, he insists, and they leave in his car. Along the way, Manish urges Abhira to stay with them, but she refuses, asking to be dropped off at her house. Suwarna, noticing Abhira’s shivering, along with Surekha, comforts her.
Meanwhile, Ruhi tends to Armaan’s wound, acknowledging the wrong done to Abhira and expressing her own anger towards Sanjay. She advises controlling anger in such times, but Armaan, still shaken, tells her she doesn’t understand the extent of Abhira’s suffering.
Ruhi says, “You shouldn’t have done this. You could have talked to him calmly. Now he won’t come to our wedding.” He replies, “Let it be.” Ruhi continues, “Dadi and Bua will be upset. I wish everything was perfect for our wedding.” Vidya adds, “What happened wasn’t right. Sanjay is Jamaisa, he got insulted, but we know he made a mistake.
Armaan and Abhira won’t apologize.” Dadi says, “Sanjay won’t come, and people will gossip.” Vidya insists, “I don’t want any problems at this wedding.” Armaan interjects, “You think our life is tough? Sanjay troubled Abhira a lot.”
Ruhi responds, “I know, but Abhira could have told us about her problems.” He retorts, “How could she? You treated her like a client. I’m not talking to her. She had no money and was forced to come to the party. I’m even more helpless.
” Manish says, “I can’t do anything for Abhira. She’s not happy with this wedding, but it’s still happening. Madhav isn’t happy, so he left. I wish I could leave too.” Suwarna asks, “Do you want to break her heart?” Ruhi states, “Abhira isn’t your responsibility now. What’s left?” Armaan leaves. Abhira thinks about the party. Armaan also thinks of her. She makes noodles when someone knocks on the door.
Abhira, worried, grabs the pan to hit the intruder. She opens the door to see the Poddar women and stops. Dadi tries to hold her, but Abhira is scared. Dadi takes her face and says, “I regret what happened to you, but I don’t like you.” Vidya adds, “We never wanted anything bad for you. Sanjay was wrong, and we’ve come to help. We’ll recommend you for a job at a law firm.” Abhira thanks them but firmly says, “I’ll find a job on my own. Tell Sanjay to stay away from me and my career.”
