The episode opens with Armaan’s friend calling Abhira, requesting her to organize a pre-wedding party for Armaan and to inform him once everything is arranged. Abhira agrees and as she walks, she accidentally runs into Armaan.
This encounter triggers memories of Dadi’s words, and the song “Rahe na kyu pehle jaise” plays in the background. She politely asks him to leave, and he complies, but she stumbles and falls onto the sofa, scattering some papers.
Dadi enters and taunts her, but Abhira responds with her own sharp words. Dadi instructs Abhira to take Armaan and Ruhi to the designer for their wedding outfits, emphasizing that everyone should praise the couple’s compatibility. Abhira reluctantly agrees.
Meanwhile, Vidya sees Madhav packing clothes and questions why he isn’t attending Armaan’s wedding. Madhav explains that he hasn’t informed IG Sir about the marriage, as their current case is more important. They argue, and Madhav leaves.
At the designer’s, Ruhi expresses her desire for bright pastel colors, wanting something that will catch Armaan’s eye. Abhira presents her with various options, and Ruhi finally decides on a Sindoori red dress, noting its fabric and summery feel. Abhira is pleased with Ruhi’s choice. When Abhira suggests sherwanis for Armaan, he declines, stating that his future wife will select his outfit.
Charu interrupts, telling Abhira to stay away, and Abhira reminds her of their past efforts, including fighting for Charu’s job and her past relationship with Dev. Charu dismisses her, insisting that her family will make her decisions now. She then goes to assist Ruhi.
Suwarna informs Manish that Parekh hasn’t transferred the money yet, so they should start shopping. Manish hesitates, realizing it will worry everyone if he tells them. Suwarna presses him for an explanation, and he reassures her, saying Parekh mentioned he’d transfer the money in the evening as he’s traveling. Until then, they should do some basic shopping. Manish confesses he isn’t ready for Ruhi and Armaan’s marriage. They leave, and as Manish gazes at his home, he breaks down in tears.
Meanwhile, Armaan accidentally drops his ring, which Ruhi picks up. She offers to resize it, but he declines, mentioning it’s new and wears it. Ruhi, curious, mentions Charu’s inquiry about their honeymoon plans. Abhira arrives and, observing them, asks Ruhi for her testimonials. Ruhi invites her in, but Abhira suggests they discuss it outside.
Observing Armaan’s happiness with Ruhi, Abhira questions their happiness, reminding them it’s an arranged marriage, not based on love. Ruhi asserts that Armaan is serious and has brought light into her life. Armaan adds that marrying Ruhi is his best decision yet, following a string of mistakes. He expresses contentment, stating that his family shares in his joy.
Abhira, trying to hide her emotions, asks what they like most about each other. Ruhi expresses her excitement about becoming part of Armaan’s family, while Armaan praises Ruhi and indirectly taunts Abhira. Ruhi embraces him, and Abhira, pretending the camera battery is dead, suggests they postpone the testimonials.
She accidentally collides with Dadi, who advises her to be more attentive. Dadi then insists that Abhira help Ruhi with the clothes, though Ruhi insists she can manage. Dadi insists, stating that Abhira will assist Ruhi in getting ready.
